libconfig-ini-perl software package provides Perl module for reading and writing .ini files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconfig-ini-perl
libconfig-ini-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconfig-ini-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconfig-ini-perl *
You will get with libconfig-ini-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
